edit - 4/2025 I still go here for preventative care/cleanings. Dr. Chiang is amazing, every staff member I interact with is so friendly, and Melissa is so organized and accommodating. Sarah was my dental hygienist today and she was so friendly and did a great job. Highly recommend!! original review: I came in with severe dental anxiety needing a root canal and the team at Redmond Modern Dentistry was incredibly accommodating. Dr. Chiang reassured me through every step and worked quickly to make sure I wasn’t uncomfortable for too long. The team allowed me to bring my partner, my noise cancelling headphones, and a weighted stuffed animal. Melissa, the manager, was so sweet and kind and helped me fill out my consent paperwork and set up a payment plan ahead of time so I could take anti anxiety medication on the days of the procedure. Dr. Chen was my endodontist and was also amazing. I barely felt a thing during the root canal. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to this team. Going to the dentist may not be a huge deal for some, but if you struggle with it at all, I highly recommend visiting this office. Thank you to everyone who helped me get through this procedure. I greatly appreciate you all.

I just switched dental practices after having a bad experience at another dentist in Redmond. Dr. Chiang and her team are so great!! They were so friendly, explained payment and my dental insurance payouts clearly and upfront, and communicated well the whole time. They were constantly checking in during the cleaning and X-rays portion and were so kind. Thanks for a great experience!
